Welcome to fresh Tracks

Our vision is to improve the quality of life of the 500,000 young Australians suffering from Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).

Many of these young people live in facilities meant for elderly people, due to a lack of specialised accommodation. Families need our help to provide age-appropriate care facilities and access to rehabilitiation services. In too many cases without appropriate care it will lead to the regression and demise of a valuable young life. Our aim is to support these families and promote awareness of the needs of young people wih ABI.
