About us
The vision of Fresh Tracks is to improve the quality of life of young people suffering from Acquired Brain Injury (“ABI”).
Fresh Tracks has three goals:
- To raise funds for critical ongoing rehabilitation, age-appropriate accommodation and specialised equipment for young people suffering from Acquired Brain Injury
- To raise awareness of the issues surrounding ABI within the wider community
- To provide financial support to families of young people with ABI
Over 500,000 Australians have ABI*. The majority of these individuals acquired their brain injury before they turned 25.
Young people with ABI need ongoing rehabilitation in an age-appropriate, well-equipped environment. However, this type of care can be prohibitive due to the sheer cost of providing 24/7 care and the intensive rehabilitation required for their progression.
Your support may help change the life of a young person with ABI.
